The team is on their way to Hawaii…

The team is on their way to Hawaii…
Well, this week we heard from some of the team guys who are off to Hawaii for the IBA Pipe Contest.   Our very own John Porzuczek, Drew Erichson, and Collin Goddard have been seeded and will be starting out in the first round of the comp.  Apparently, there are next to no mainland US riders in the comp, so it will be awesome to watch these guys compete in an primarily international setting.  Keep your eyes out as we post more photo’s and videos as the contest...

Morning #2 at the Wedge…
Well, due to the crummy conditions here in Southern California, I decided to head back up to the Wedge in Newport Beach to see if that was breaking again.  And, once again the waves weren’t that good for any kind of performance bodyboarding, but it did make for another day of big drops and painful looking wipeouts.  There were more photographers and video guys out than riders!  The cold weather and bone crunching closeouts kind of made me NOT feel like surfing, so I just grabbed my crummy little camera and snapped some shots for the blog.  Of course, right at ten o’clock when I had to...
